MUSIC EDUCATOR

EARLY MUSICAL FOUNDATIONS
Michaela Rózsa Růžičková's teaching journey is a harmonious blend of two distinct yet equally rewarding areas. In the early stages, she served as an inspirational figure at the International School of Music and Fine Arts in Prague, specializing in the education of the youngest, pre-school children. Her deep connection with young minds and passion for teaching children is evident in her engaging and dynamic approach.
Simultaneously, Michaela embraced the role of conductor and choirmaster at the Children's Opera Prague, shaping the musical experiences of young talents. This early phase laid the groundwork for Michaela's unwavering commitment to music education.
INTERNATIONAL IMPACT
Beyond the realm of traditional education, Michaela is a distinguished lecturer in the renowned Comenius Course, an international learning program based in Holland. Her lectures, titled "Emotions in Music," delve into the profound impact of emotions on musical expression. Collaborating with esteemed pianist Ahmad Hedar (and before him, with Juraj Růžička) and professor Noemi Zárubová Pfeffermannová, these lectures are celebrated for their inspiration and enrichment.
With this lecture she also participated in the 2011 international Comenius conference in Zeist, Holland, where she was invited among elite guest lecturers from around the world. Her lectures are not just informative but are widely applauded for their ability to inspire and connect with audiences.

ENRICHING CONCERT EXPERIENCE FOR CHILDREN
In a recent endeavor, Michaela has taken on the role of conductor and dramaturge for the "Dobrodružství s orchestrem" (Adventures with the Orchestra) concert line with The Hradec Králové Philharmonic and The Klicperovo Divadlo. Focused on educational concerts for children, these performances are not just musical events but interactive and entertaining experiences. Michaela, also known as "aunt Míša, the conductor," engages with the audience, creating a delightful fusion of music and storytelling. The positive reviews from the press, teachers, educators, and, most importantly, the children themselves, reflect the success of this innovative and joyful approach to musical education.
